Absolutely horrendous customer service

Absolutely horrendous customer service! I would definitely refrain from purchasing apparel for my offspring from this place ever again! Their lack of professionalism and apparent disregard for their customers is appalling. Not only did they fail to address my concerns, but they also showed a complete lack of empathy and understanding. It's clear that their main focus is to make a profit, rather than ensuring the satisfaction of their clients. The quality of the clothes I bought for my child was subpar at best. It's evident that they are more interested in quantity rather than quality. This kind of business practice is unacceptable and I strongly advise others to think twice before spending their hard-earned money here. In this day and age, where customer experience is key to a successful business, it's shocking to see such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will undoubtedly be taking my business elsewhere. I implore others to do the same. Don't fall into the trap of buying from a place that clearly doesn't value its customers.
