This narrative occurred some time back, but it's an experience I still want to share with you. First and foremost, if you possess curly hair, do not waste your time visiting this place. I enquired specifically if they had professionals who are familiar with handling curls, to which they responded positively. However, the truth was the opposite. They treated my hair as they would straight hair, completely ignoring its natural curliness. I had previously visited a hair stylist who specialized in curly hair, and the technique they used to cut my hair was entirely different. The method they employed to dry my hair was equally inadequate. By the time I left the salon, it looked as though I had been subjected to an electrical shock. All I could think about was getting home to fix my hair myself. Another grievance I have is connected to when I went there for a Brazilian smoothing treatment. They persuaded me that the tannin smoothing treatment would be far superior for my hair. I questioned them if there was any other significant difference between the two treatments, to which they responded negatively, stating they were practically identical. However, this turned out to be untrue. A Brazilian smoothing treatment fades away over a period and allows your curls to return. However, with a tannin smoothing treatment, they don't. Several months after I had the tannin treatment done, I contemplated going back to my natural curls. For some unknown reason, my curls refused to return. I visited the salon to inquire why my curls had not returned yet, and only then did they inform me that they wouldn't with the tannin method. But sure, both treatments are exactly the same, correct? This confusion and deception cost me years of cultivating my curls back. Moreover, the overall charges for their services are exorbitantly high. When I shared with my new stylist the amount I paid for the tannin smoothing treatment, he was taken aback. I pay almost half the price at his salon, and that's for a significantly better outcome and a stylist who truly understands how to handle curly hair properly.

I strongly advise against visiting this beauty parlour! It would be a significantly preferable choice to remain in the confines of your own house rather than to receive a hair trim at this establishment! Absolutely zero customer service provided! This beauty parlor is definitely not worth your time or your money! The level of professionalism and customer care is so low, it's shocking. You would be better off staying within the comfort of your own home, rather than subjecting your precious locks to the substandard service at this establishment. Not only is the haircutting skill evidently lacking, but the total absence of any form of customer service is equally appalling. It seems as though the staff members at the salon are unaware of the basic principles of client service, which is a vital aspect of any business. In addition, the salon appears to lack any sort of welcoming ambiance. It feels more like a hurried and impersonal transaction rather than a relaxing and rejuvenating beauty experience. The indifference and lack of attention from the staff only adds to the overall negative perception of this salon. In short, I would strongly suggest avoiding this beauty parlor at all costs. The lack of skill, service, and ambiance make it a poor choice for those seeking a quality haircut and a pleasant salon experience. You are far better off staying at home, saving your money, and perhaps even considering other more reputable and customer-friendly hair salons. Evidently, the management of this establishment needs to take a hard look at their service delivery and staff training protocols if they hope to improve their reputation and client satisfaction. But until significant changes are made, I would encourage you to steer clear of this establishment!

I have never quite grasped why the girls on GNTM would shed tears when getting their hair styled, yet today, I experienced their agony firsthand. During the days when Mika was a part of the workforce here, I wouldn't have hesitated to bestow a high rating on this establishment. However, my recent visit to procure a haircut was marred by the fact that they overlooked my appointment and simultaneously scheduled another appointment at the same time slot. Following this, my haircut was done hastily. The result was an extremely untidy cut, compelling me to have it rectified come Monday. A fellow female patron exited the salon teetering on the brink of tears. Presumably, her experience was even more disheartening than mine. My discontentment is beyond quantification, casting a shadow over the rest of my day, rendering it thoroughly spoilt. A previously enjoyable trip to this salon has now become a memory that I'd rather forget. The once bustling, vibrant ambiance now seems hollow and uninviting. I can't help but feel a profound sense of disappointment when I think about how this place has changed. It's as if a valued friend has suddenly turned into a stranger. The staff who used to be so friendly and attentive now seem hurried and indifferent. They seem more interested in getting through with the job than in ensuring the customer's satisfaction. It's a far cry from the excellent service that I was accustomed to. The sight of the woman who was so distressed that she was almost in tears is a vivid memory that still haunts me. I can't help but empathize with her, and it makes me wonder how many others have had a similar experience. It's a sad reflection of the state of affairs at this salon. My disappointment is not just because of a botched haircut, but because of the overall deterioration in the quality of service. It's a sad end to what was once a place I looked forward to visiting. It's a harsh lesson in how things can change, and not always for the better. This unfortunate experience has cast a pall over my day, leaving me feeling upset and disillusioned. I can't help but feel a sense of loss, not just for the haircut that didn't turn out as expected, but for the overall decline in the salon's standards. It's a sobering reminder that nothing stays the same, and that change, while inevitable, is not always welcome.

Deciding on your hairdresser is a decision that requires careful consideration. Regrettably, my personal experience was quite dreadful. The individual who was styling my hair seemed incapable of understanding my requirements and lacked the patience to provide explanations when I raised inquiries. The cost was exorbitantly high, and there was no prior discussion or clarification regarding the price, almost as if it was assumed that one would pay without uttering a word of protest. My spouse shared his opinions with them, stating that while the end result was satisfactory, the provided service is far from satisfactory and requires significant enhancement. Surprisingly, the gentleman in question simply departed without uttering a single word. I would certainly not endorse this place. Additionally, it's essential to remember that not all hairdressers are created equal. Just because someone is good at creating certain styles doesn't mean they'll excel at what you're specifically looking for. It's crucial to find someone who can cater to your personal style and hair type. Furthermore, communication is key in any salon experience. Just as you expect your stylist to listen to your requests, you should also feel comfortable asking questions and getting clear answers. A good stylist won't make you feel rushed or dismissed. At the end of the day, your hair is a big part of your personal identity, and it's important that whoever is taking care of it understands that. The lack of professionalism and consideration shown by this particular stylist not only resulted in an unsatisfactory experience but also showed a lack of respect for their clients. In conclusion, I would suggest being very careful in choosing who you trust with your hair. Make sure to do your research, ask questions, and don't be afraid to voice your concerns. If a salon or stylist isn't willing to listen and work with you to achieve your desired result, then they're probably not the right choice.
