They commit orally to dates but do not respect them and you say yes but in the contract it is written that it is modifiable. The dates change 3 days before by email and they tell you that if it does not suit you you can cancel but it is 50% to pay and if you cancel tomorrow it will be 100%. Either way you are trapped because it is impossible to find a mover in 2 days and they know it well. I also got contacted by email the night before the move for an unpaid invoice... which I had paid! The staff contacted by telephone are in bad faith, liars and even more unpleasant. The only responses I received to my complaint emails were not even signed... I still give it 2 stars because the movers on the ground were very careful, friendly and reassuring about the conditions of the move. Vaglio's past reputation is clearly no longer present at the commercial/administrative level, not sure that the field staff can maintain it alone for long. D.S.

Avoid, deplorable customer relations. No flexibility on a date postponement 2 days after payment of the deposit, applying penalties of 50% and more even though the forecast date has not been confirmed by them. No arrangement possible and incoherent speech, computer problems, etc. I don't recommend, run away. Please stay away from this company! Not client oriented at all. 2 days after paying a deposit to engage them they didn’t accept any rescheduling just claiming for 50% and more of the moving cost just because you want to replan even without receiving an official confirmation! This is not a professional company.

Our move was catastrophic, the DEMELUX company subcontracted the service to an external service provider in the country of arrival who did anything and broke a good number of objects and furniture. Several items initially packaged by DEMELUX have been broken due to poor packaging, which can quite easily happen. I would like to say that the team that packed was very friendly and professional despite everything. We had paid for a global service, the bill for which was very high and nothing was put back together on arrival and everything fragile was still in cardboard even though it had to be unpacked. We reassembled all the furniture ourselves and no furniture was placed in the correct room even though we had given all the instructions. The worst is surely the disastrous management of customer service/after-sales service which uses a dishonest legal shield (missing consignment note but photos of the arrival disaster as proof) to avoid being held responsible. We were compensated by the insurance of around €400 for the amount of the damage which was around double. The service was therefore not fulfilled at all and the Demelux company does not want to hear anything, they dragged out the dispute for 2 years with particular bad faith. So I do not recommend this company at all. The closure of the dispute does not satisfy us but we take note of it, however the company would be honored to apologize to the customer and recognize its errors.

To avoid, amateurism the contract was not respected, vaglio did not even know his subcontractor who subcontracted in the country of arrival.. Despite more than precise information, in particular on the access conditions well described in the contract, the subcontractor asked us We called the management of vaglio lux, who admitted to us that they had already had setbacks but we were "trying" another provider....WHICH SAY A VERY LONG ABOUT THE PROFESSIONALISM of the company.
