Regrettably, after sampling it, it was evident that it contained regular cows milk instead. In addition to this, the place appeared to lack cleanliness, with tables left uncleared. Moreover, the scenario has left me feeling somewhat let down considering that the staff seems to be inattentive towards customers' specific needs, especially involving dietary restrictions. It's quite disheartening that a simple request such as substituting cows milk with soya milk in a beverage cannot be attended to correctly. Even though it might seem like a minor inconvenience, for someone with a milk allergy, it is a serious matter. The implications could be quite severe, and the fact that the staff has shown negligence not once but twice is rather concerning. Additionally, the state of the establishment leaves a lot to be desired. The cuisine was exceptional (far exceeding my initial expectations), the personnel were extremely cordial, and the ambiance was absolutely charming.
