This is now the second instance where I've encountered an issue at this particular Cocottes establishment. I have a milk allergy and on two separate occasions, I made sure to ask the individual taking my order to ensure that my matcha latte would be prepared with soya milk. Regrettably, after sampling it, it was evident that it contained regular cows milk instead. In addition to this, the place appeared to lack cleanliness, with tables left uncleared. Moreover, the scenario has left me feeling somewhat let down considering that the staff seems to be inattentive towards customers' specific needs, especially involving dietary restrictions. It's quite disheartening that a simple request such as substituting cows milk with soya milk in a beverage cannot be attended to correctly. Even though it might seem like a minor inconvenience, for someone with a milk allergy, it is a serious matter. The implications could be quite severe, and the fact that the staff has shown negligence not once but twice is rather concerning. Additionally, the state of the establishment leaves a lot to be desired. The standard of cleanliness seems to have been overlooked, with tables left uncleared, further contributing to the overall lack of attention and care displayed at this Cocottes. In conclusion, these recurring issues at Cocottes, particularly involving the inaccuracy of my orders and the unsatisfactory cleanliness of the premises, have significantly impacted my perception of the establishment. It's an unfortunate situation that could easily be rectified with a little more attention to detail and consideration for customers' requirements.
