LUDO NOT RECOMMEND NIESSEN AS A WEDDING CATERER!!! We got married in August and the wedding meal is the MOST important to us.. that's why we chose Niessen... While for the trial meal the dishes were delicious, on our wedding day, the meal was not fresh, inedible and the vegan menus were disgusting.... (and the service was unorganized) After sending a letter of complaint, we received a very small commercial favor, insufficient in our opinion and we asked to consider our complaint again.. no response, just sending the final invoice.. And even no reaction to the complaint by the manager, only by the same person who organized the event for us.. no regard for the customer.. Being a big fan of Niessen, I am so disappointed with the dishes from my forever wedding.. it's sad

LUTop organic quality at Jean-Marie, and significantly better than other butchers. When you throw the meat into the pan, no water forms and the meat does not get smaller, as is the case with others. You can tell the quality immediately by the smell and the taste when you eat it.

LUNever again, it's over! This is the 3rd time already that I have received spoiled meat even though it costs a lot. Today I bought 4 marinated beef steaks for €26.81 (among other things) when cooking my sons told me it smelled strange but when I took the first piece I almost vomited I I spat right away and the same for the children. Even the dog didn't want to. So having to throw the money away like that NO thank you. It's shameful
