Très mauvaise expérience dans ce magasin. Je suis vraiment déçu du service et de l’accueil. Le personnel n’a pas été professionnel et j’ai eu l’impression que le client n’était pas une priorité. Les explications étaient peu claires et le problème n’a pas été pris au sérieux. Le comportement du personnel a également été particulièrement agressif. J’ai été confronté à des propos très violents verbalement et à une attitude que j’ai trouvée intimidante et agressive. Ce genre de comportement est totalement inacceptable envers un client. Je déconseille malheureusement fortement ce magasin. J’attendais beaucoup mieux, surtout pour un magasin spécialisé dans les vélos. Une expérience très décevante et que je ne souhaite absolument pas renouveler.

They fixed my electric scooter that i sadly not bought there as i did not know that they sell them. Service is excellent, peoples are very kind, helpful and very professional.

They talk very nicely, but don't do their job properly, and in the end charges more than double the amount. Please Don't prefer to go there for bike servicing. I give them my bike for servicing, they did only oils, which I weekly do at home as well, and charged me 30+ euro

I had a ton of problems with my new bike so I had to return it to get it fixed. They gave it back to me and it was still broken. All they do is sell but their service after is the worst.

I just read the article by Aurélien K. And the manager Francisco Jorge claims that the has been there for 37 years?! I have great doubts that you have been there for 37 years?! I remember very well before you as manager there was a lady.! Either Sir,you are big liar,or you got the number is wrong,then prove with a document that you have been there for 37 years.!!
