C-Piscine Luxembourg

Ordered from them 2.5 weeks ago with 48-96 hour delivery paying nearly 80 euros for this service. No delivery, chased five times to the ‘support’ e mail with no response, no other updates and no goods delivered. If no response in a few days will be reporting to the credit card company to reclaim my money.

I purchased a swimming pool pump form C-Piscine on 8 March. C-Piscine wrote the billing address on the transport instructions instead of the delivery address with the result that the pump ended up 900 kilometres from where it was meant to be. I ended up having to arrange and pay for the transport to the correct address. C-Piscine initially agreed to pay for the additional transport since it was their fault. However, despite sending numerous emails and making numerous telephone calls to C-Piscine over the last 6 months they still have not repaid me. Not only are they incompetent but they do not keep their word.

Product ordered and invoice debited quickly. This is the only quick point on the site which is absolutely to be avoided. 6 weeks to receive our bubble cover (season over) and in addition too small. After-sales service is deaf and no contact by telephone , only by email.
