I can only thank all the embassy staff. I lost my ID on an express trip I made to the country and when I realized it when checking in at the hotel, I called the embassy (it was 1:45 p.m. on a Friday and they closed at 2:00 p.m.), And in an impeccable manner, they not only gave me instructions on what I should do but also calmed me down and waited for me to arrive, to make the report and to have a safe conduct permit that would allow me to return to Spain the next day. Even though the closing time had passed, they did not leave until they managed everything for me and always with a smile, kindness and calm. My eternal gratitude to the people who helped me.

Very professional and efficient, they answer the phone, they respond quickly to email, it is also easy to make an appointment there. Oh, we also got married in that embassy and there was no problem with any of the procedures and I'm Russian and I had to ask for some papers... Everyone very friendly and with good vibes :)

The treatment is always good but they should greatly improve the information they give online. First, the consulate opens until 2:00 p.m., not until 5:00 p.m. as Google online said. On the website they barely give information about the time and procedures to renew the passport, I had to guess since I could only remove a minor's or stolen passport. Although they have always treated me correctly, it seems that the Spanish administration handles the Internet quite poorly.
