It's evident in the anger that he consistently displays. I would suggest that he should strive to maintain professionalism regardless of his personal circumstances if he wishes to improve the overall experience for customers. Regrettably, based on this experience, I find it hard to endorse this establishment. It's quite unfortunate, as excellent customer service can make a significant difference in the overall impression of a place.
