The client assistance, or rather the lack of it, is quite disappointing. The gentleman who operates there appears to have a negative demeanor which leads me to think that he may be dealing with some personal issues at home. It's evident in the anger that he consistently displays. I would suggest that he should strive to maintain professionalism regardless of his personal circumstances if he wishes to improve the overall experience for customers. Regrettably, based on this experience, I find it hard to endorse this establishment. It's quite unfortunate, as excellent customer service can make a significant difference in the overall impression of a place. I hope that this issue is addressed promptly for the sake of future customers who might be considering patronizing this establishment.
