Savor the tasty and nutritious food offerings that are available at a reasonable cost in this establishment. The personnel here are genuinely warmhearted, and it's a bonus that our furry companions are also welcomed with open arms! This attribute truly makes this spot endearing, perfect for enjoying a coffee pause or a light nibble following a leisurely stroll in the nearby Merl Park. In addition to the fantastic food and friendly staff, the ambiance of this place is also worth noting. It boasts a cozy and charming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. You can easily unwind and relax while savoring your favorite dish or sipping on a comforting cup of java. Furthermore, this establishment is also an excellent place for pet lovers. Not only are pets allowed, but they are also treated with the utmost respect and care. This makes it an ideal location for those who wish to spend quality time with their pets while enjoying a good meal or a refreshing beverage. So, if you're looking for a place that offers a combination of excellent food, hospitable staff, a cozy ambiance, and a pet-friendly environment, then this is the perfect spot for you. Whether you're looking to catch a break after a long walk in the park or just want to enjoy a casual meal with your furry friend, this charming establishment should be on your list of places to visit.

An exceedingly prolonged period was spent waiting for food, which was quite disappointing. Taking everything into account, my impression of the spot was that it was charming and delightful with a certain appeal, and the coffee served was truly exceptional and exceeded expectations - but the duration spent waiting for the food to be served exceeded sixty minutes - numerous individuals were compelled to leave the establishment due to the excessive waiting time, which only served to further deteriorate the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the place. My advice would be not to frequent this place for meals - however, for a swift cup of coffee and a pastry, it might be a suitable choice. Adding more context, the establishment, while appealing in its aesthetics, unfortunately, lacks in delivering prompt service, particularly when it comes to serving food. The delay was so long that it led to a noticeable amount of clientele deciding to leave, which, in turn, creates a negative ripple effect on the overall mood and environment within the dining space. Therefore, while I cannot endorse this establishment for its food due to the inordinate waiting time, I can certainly vouch for the quality of the coffee and the pastries. A quick stop for these might be worth considering, but for a full meal, I would advise looking elsewhere.

One of the finest mid-morning dining spots you'll find in Luxembourg. The personnel were absolutely amicable and endearing. The pancakes served were beyond excellent, they even went the extra mile to prepare a vegan version upon request; it was their maiden attempt at it. The outcome was nothing short of spectacular. We were treated to a bespoke birthday pancake and their courtesy was evident in including this. It's a necessity to pay a visit for a taste of their coffee, croissants, and pancakes. In addition to their stellar pancakes, they also offer a vast selection of other dishes that cater to a variety of palates. The atmosphere is delightful, making it the perfect spot for a laid-back brunch with family or friends. The staff's service is prompt and they always serve with a smile, ensuring that every customer feels welcome and appreciated. Their attention to detail is commendable, especially when it comes to accommodating special dietary requests. Apart from the food, the ambiance of the place is also worth mentioning. It's a mixture of contemporary and classic, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy your meal. The place is also very clean, which adds to the overall dining experience. So whether you are a pancake lover, a coffee enthusiast, or just a foodie in general, this place is an absolute must-visit. Their croissants are also a highlight, freshly baked and perfect with a cup of their strong, aromatic coffee. The overall experience is sure to make you want to come back again and again.

The eating desk was unclean, the staff continuously omitted to prepare my meal (I requested for pasta bolognaise and the lady confirmed that it was okay since there was one more portion left. However, after enduring a lengthy wait, she had mistakenly given my dish to another customer and had the audacity to insinuate that the mishap was my fault). Consequently, I decided to request a panini, but they overlooked my order once more and prioritized serving the customers who had placed their orders after me. Ultimately, I received my panini, but shockingly, the cheese wasn't even slightly melted - a clear deviation from the standard preparation of this dish. Moreover, despite advertising themselves as a tea salon, my companion was simply handed a disposable paper cup filled with hot water and a solitary teabag. This was not at all what we expected. In general, the establishment demonstrated a complete lack of seriousness and the organisation was appallingly poor. The experience was subpar and we were disappointed with the service. Furthermore, the apparent lack of communication among the staff members was a glaring issue, contributing to the overall chaotic atmosphere. In addition, the lack of attention to detail, such as the unclean tables and the incorrect preparation of my panini, showed a clear disregard for the customers' basic expectations. The situation was made worse by the staff's inability to handle our complaints appropriately, which only served to exacerbate our dissatisfaction. This supposed tea salon could certainly benefit from some improvements, particularly in terms of staff training and overall organization.

The geographical positioning is fairly advantageous as it is in the vicinity of the renowned Park de Merl. The gastronomic offerings are acceptable, the volume of servings designated for brunch may not be overly generous but are sufficient nonetheless. The comestibles are flavorful and satisfactory as well. Taking everything into account, it's a delightful encounter. Adding to that, the staff are very cooperative and make an effort to meet the needs of the customers. The atmosphere is quite peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal place for a leisurely meal. The menu is diverse, offering a wide range of dishes that cater to different tastes. While the portion sizes could be a bit larger, the quality of the food makes up for it. The presentation of the dishes is pleasing to the eye, and the service is generally quick and efficient. This results in a positive dining experience overall. The proximity to Park de Merl also makes it a convenient stop for a meal after a stroll in the park. In conclusion, while there are areas that could use some improvement, the restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience in an agreeable setting.
