Sir, Thank you for your feedback, but it is important that I clarify my feelings about this situation. I came to your showroom as a potential customer, visitor..., and it is regrettable that the welcome given did not live up to expectations to discover your vehicles, and not to be poorly received. I am particularly attentive to the rules, customs and ethics in all professional interactions, and it seems to me that the initiative for a warm welcome must come from your team. It's up to you as hosts to greet your guests and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive. In this specific case, that was not the case. As for opening the door, I did it calmly, respectfully and cautiously, as is commonly practiced in other showrooms, especially since there was no indication preventing this action. If such a rule exists in your home, it is imperative to communicate it clearly via visible signage. Leaving visitors in uncertainty and then reprimanding them is a mistake and stating that it 'seems logical' not to handle cars without explicit instructions is an insufficient and unprofessional justification. What shocked me most, however, was not the ban itself, but the inappropriate and disrespectful way in which it was expressed. Not only did you not look at me when you addressed me and raised your hand in exasperation, but your condescending comment "you didn't see the price of the car" was totally inappropriate. and contemptuous! Such an attitude has no place in a customer relationship worthy of the name. It's not the price of a vehicle or the appearance of a visitor that determines the level of attention they should receive. Your role is to offer exemplary service to everyone who walks through the doors of your showroom. I invite you to review your practices and train your teams in the importance of a respectful and egalitarian welcome, because such an experience is unworthy of an establishment of your standing. Yours truly.

Dealership led by a team of enthusiasts. The welcome is warm and they have quality vehicles. They listen and provide excellent advice both for the choice and delivery of the vehicle. I recommend without hesitation!

I went to this showroom to admire the cars, which I must say are absolutely magnificent. While exploring, I became interested in a classic car. As is usually done in other showrooms and in the absence of any sign or indication prohibiting touching the vehicles, I opened the door to look inside. To my great surprise, a salesperson sitting at his desk addressed me in a disrespectful manner, saying: Don't touch, haven't you seen the price of the car?! I find this remark condescending, especially since no clear indication was present to indicate that it was forbidden to touch the vehicles. Such a remark, not only inappropriate, but also condescending, does not reflect the professionalism expected in an establishment of this standing. I would still like to highlight the exemplary behavior of his colleague, who was welcoming and respectful, in sharp contrast to his attitude. I highly recommend the team to review their customer approach, as the experience in a showroom should not be ruined by such lack of respect!
