Helpful, competent and no long time to get an appointement. The price is correct and can propose more solution and cheaper than chain stores like Goe****. Price to repair the fixation of the exhaust pipe was 35€ instead of 520€ in the chain stores (replace all).

The (real) kindness of its owner cannot

The (real) kindness of its owner cannot offset the upsetting business practice they operate. Instead of paying to get defects fixed, you will pay the time they take to figure them out. In my case I presented 3 problems, all of which were unresolved: 1 we agreed to not repair, but the defect was easily visible as a cable was disconnected below the seat, 1 they don't have the tools to fix it, 1 they claimed the issue did not exist. As a result, I went home with the same problems as before, plus I had to pay 3 full hours of work (=240 eur TTC) and they even let me pay 3.5 eur for the windscreen fluid. I am aware garages in Luxembourg are expensive, but this behavior is next level and sure enough they will never see me again.

Around noon

Around noon, my car wouldn't start and I was certain that my Volvo V40's starter motor had died and I'd have to replace it + labour costs. The car was towed to the garage immediately. The shop was sympathetic to our need for the quick car repairs, and managed to have the problem sorted by the next noon. To my surprise, no parts needed replacing - the culprit was a faulty and hard to access wire-to-starter connection, which they diagnosed and corrected. The total charges were slightly less than an hour's work. Thank you!

Very friendly owner. Got an appointment very quickly. They carried out all the necessary work for my BMW, and called me before doing any work to confirm the price. The final price was less than initially quoted, which is always welcome. Many thanks for the professional service. I will definitely come back.
