The (real) kindness of its owner cannot offset the upsetting business practice they operate. Instead of paying to get defects fixed, you will pay the time they take to figure them out. In my case I presented 3 problems, all of which were unresolved: 1 we agreed to not repair, but the defect was easily visible as a cable was disconnected below the seat, 1 they don't have the tools to fix it, 1 they claimed the issue did not exist. As a result, I went home with the same problems as before, plus I had to pay 3 full hours of work (=240 eur TTC) and they even let me pay 3.5 eur for the windscreen fluid. I am aware garages in Luxembourg are expensive, but this behavior is next level and sure enough they will never see me again.
