Very disappointing to get something very different from what we ordered, and on top of that, a much smaller version. Better buy the frozen ones from the supermarket. Otherwise, the welcome and staff were polite.

Been coming here for over 20 years, super welcoming and friendly atmosphere. A little place to chill, removed from the hustle and bustle, right in the middle of the gallery. Hidden gem in plain sight.

Absolute horrible experience. Arriving at 1800, wanting to take a table inside, were instructed in a very unfriendly way to sit outside, as they would close soon (at 1900). Waiting outside to make an order for 15 min. Had to go to the cashier to make the order. Latte machiato served in a small cup (slightly bigger than espresso). When leaving, asked why other people were allowed to seat inside and not us. Reaction: Yelling at me in the presence of my 5 years old son that that is the way they are doing it here.

I recently visited and had a mixed experience. During our order, we were well treated. The server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The ice cream was delicious, and we were looking forward to enjoying it. However, the experience took a negative turn when it came time to pay. A woman who seemed to be the manager handled the transaction and treated us poorly. She was brusque, unhelpful, and seemed irritated by our questions about the bill. Her attitude was a stark contrast to the excellent service we received during our order. It's disappointing that such a pleasant experience was marred by this unprofessional behavior.

Happened to me pretty much every time I passed by to order take-out ice cream, I waited in line for a while already to order ice cream, the waiters/waitresses saw me waiting, some of them were not busy but they just didn't come to serve me, but soon after some other new customers joined the line, in less than 2 minutes, someone would come, not to serve me, but served the new customers who cut into the line instead. It's rare to encounter a shop which all waiters/waitresses consistently provide such bad service. Despite the delicious ice cream, such service really doesn't deserve the money
