I recently visited and had a mixed experience. During our order, we were well treated. The server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. The ice cream was delicious, and we were looking forward to enjoying it. However, the experience took a negative turn when it came time to pay. A woman who seemed to be the manager handled the transaction and treated us poorly. She was brusque, unhelpful, and seemed irritated by our questions about the bill. Her attitude was a stark contrast to the excellent service we received during our order. It's disappointing that such a pleasant experience was marred by this unprofessional behavior.
