The restaurant is a bit tricky to find and it is far from the usual hustle bustle. This place goes by the name 'Culturando'. Terrace seating with tables overlooking the valley creates great ambiance. Food here is sure to satiate your Italian side of your palate. Authentic and flavoursome food. Our order was 1) Tagliatella - with lamb and herbs was just rightly flavoured for my daughter to enjoy 2) Linguine - perfectly cooked pasta with tomatoes and lobster meat was delicious. We didn't have a reservation however table reservation is recommended as the place was quite occupied.

Food of the highest quality, reasonable prices and pleasant service. The pasta plates are done following the traditional Italian standards using high quality ingredients and proper cooking techniques. The proposed wines are aligned with the plates both in terms of flavors and prices. The service is pleasant and authentic. The location is a bit difficult to reach without a car, but once there it give nice vibes of familiarity and care. Overall one of the best restaurants, if only were a little bit central it would be my go to choice

My recent dining experience at Culurando was nothing short of delightful, meriting a solid 4.5/5 rating. This charming restaurant, with its warm and inviting atmosphere, sets the perfect stage for a memorable meal. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the Fusilli Genovese. This dish was a masterful representation of classic flavors, with the pasta cooked to al dente perfection. The sauce, rich and aromatic, clung to each twist of the fusilli, creating a harmonious blend of taste and texture. It was a comforting yet sophisticated dish, showcasing the chef's skill in honoring traditional Italian cuisine. For dessert, the Moelleux au Chocolat was a revelation. This chocolate lava cake was a decadent delight, with a perfectly baked exterior giving way to a molten, richly flavored chocolate core. It was a dessert that managed to be both luxurious and utterly satisfying, ending the meal on a high note. The service at Culurando was very good even if just a bit intrusive. The staff struck the right balance of professionalism and warmth, adding to the overall dining experience. While the restaurant maintains a high standard of cuisine and service, it’s the little touches that truly elevate the experience. The ambiance is cozy and elegant, making you feel welcome and special from the moment you step in. In summary, Culurando offers a culinary journey that impresses with its quality and authenticity. The Fusilli Genovese and Moelleux au Chocolat are must-try items for any visitor. This restaurant is a standout choice for anyone looking to enjoy fine dining in a relaxed and friendly environment. A well-deserved 4.5/5 for a truly delightful dining experience.

The menu changes often however when it is getting busy the service is not great! However the view of the terrace is stunning! Not many vegetarians options but the pasta was good.
