The most Terrible service I ever seen from any visa department in South Africa. I submitted Luxembourg visitors visa from Belgium TLS Sandton Johannesburg June 9 2023 it took them till September 1 2023 to respond the response only came after I had reported on August 30th (over 80days) the delay to Luxembourg Consulate Philip GEROMONT who probably put pressure on the visa department in Luxembourg to make a decision and return my passport which they did but denied me without no concrete justified reasons I am sure the visa denial and refusal is based on pressure for them to decide after almost 3months. Bad bad bad services very slow and incompetence

Seen the difficult parking availability, there should be a separate counter for only picking up finished documents. Apostiles are expensive if you need several pages; €20 each
