LUTerrible experience! They put a new screen protector on my iPhone and few hours later there were cracks at the edges (the phone didn’t fall or anything). So I went back the next day and I was told that the screen protector isn’t under a warranty even for less than 24 hours!!! Had to pay again for the new screen protector… avoid at all costs!

LUAt your own risk. I was in town for 24hours. Broke my screen and they said they could fix it in 20min. 3 hours later they had destroyed my motherboard and lost all my data. I had to leave. It took them about a month to send me my phone with a working screen. They were not able to recover any data. The best part? The phone arrived with a screen not properly mounted. These guys simply don't know what they are doing. It is unacceptable that they can even operate as a business. Stay away!

LUI got my screen fixed in June, while every button was working. Went back in early August because my home button didn't work anymore since the reparation + my screen was still not fixed. I went there again today because my FaceId was not working anymore, because they did something wrong again in early august. Now they are telling me that my home button was already not working in June which is absolutely not true + that they can't fix my FaceId bug. The guy who served me doesn't even know how to handle reclamations and got a bit aggressiv. Don't recommend this scam shop.

LUworst client experience ever - NEVER AGAIN I went there to repair the screen of my Iphone, then have been charged 209 €. 2 days ago, my screen is totally black. I gave a call to ensure warranty can operate and then went to the shop. super rude welcome. they refused to operate warranty, arguing internal breach of screen are not under warranty (how can this be broken internally?) . on top of that the guy kept accusing me of lying ... as said below, i should have read the reviews prior to visiting this store and will file a claim

LUI paid 209 euros to repair a cracked screen, after two months the screen went completely black and they refused to fix it as apparently a small crack caused my whole phone to break and the warranty wont cover it. Do not go
