We bought an old house and wanted to see if there is anything to do to improve the roof aesthetics. A home visit was swiftly arranged and Luca generously shared his knowledge with me on how to navigate safely in this old house with his sound experience in the field of work. I was much impressed by his feedback which was not only honest but attended to details. It was my pure luck as a Luxembourg new-comer to learn so much from him. We also got pages of very detailed quote. This is a serious business which sincerely works on sincerity and honesty.

After a 1st minor repair after a storm where they responded quickly 5* to the misery of a request for a quote (end of June 2023) for a renovation with insulation of the roof. The advice on the spot was excellent and friendly and my husband and I also gave the company a plan. Since it was during the summer holidays and we weren't urgently waiting for an answer, I asked at the end of August 2023 if he already had something and if he would send us the plan with no one. That would not be a problem and I would put it in the envelope for the week of +/- 7-8. September in the boite. We also received a letter with advertising and our plan in the boite, but without a quote. Then I sent an email to the man, but in the rush he probably forgot to include the quote (you always know when you have a lot to do). At the end of September, I contacted the company myself to ask if they would let me get the quote. Then the gentleman called that I should not put so much pressure on him. (I don't know the exact wording, but I was quite shocked) Then I left them alone and until today, October 2024, no quote and no news... I would give 3 1/2 stars, but that's not possible. For 4 I am a bit disappointed.

Thank you for your feedback! Here is the final version: Very serious and professional company. The production perfectly met our expectations. Our kitchen, previously dark, is now bathed in light thanks to the Velux, installed quickly. Several of our guests exclaimed: “what a beautiful skylight!” The Goerens family business, whose history dates back to 1692, is among the oldest in Luxembourg, which testifies to its exceptional know-how. A big thank you also to Mr Pascal Druy for his excellent business sense. If you are looking for a trusted partner, I highly recommend this company.

We have had 4 electric Velux windows with shutters installed in our home. Super professional and serious technicians. Very nice work. I can only recommend Toiture Goerens.
