After a 1st minor repair after a storm

After a 1st minor repair after a storm where they responded quickly 5* to the misery of a request for a quote (end of June 2023) for a renovation with insulation of the roof. The advice on the spot was excellent and friendly and my husband and I also gave the company a plan. Since it was during the summer holidays and we weren't urgently waiting for an answer, I asked at the end of August 2023 if he already had something and if he would send us the plan with no one. That would not be a problem and I would put it in the envelope for the week of +/- 7-8. September in the boite. We also received a letter with advertising and our plan in the boite, but without a quote. Then I sent an email to the man, but in the rush he probably forgot to include the quote (you always know when you have a lot to do). At the end of September, I contacted the company myself to ask if they would let me get the quote. Then the gentleman called that I should not put so much pressure on him. (I don't know the exact wording, but I was quite shocked) Then I left them alone and until today, October 2024, no quote and no news... I would give 3 1/2 stars, but that's not possible. For 4 I am a bit disappointed.
