They force you to buy company branded socks. Your kid’s own socks or even jumping activity grip socks from other companies are not allowed. This is an annoying cash grab from what would otherwise be a decent kids day out. Facilities are good though and the staff walk the floor regularly to ensure that kids are behaving safely.

Nice place to visit with children. I think it will suit more older children, but my 6y old son had a lot of fun as well.

My daughter picked this place to celebrate her birthday, but the organisation was a complete disaster. Firstly, our reservation, although properly done and fully paid in advance, was somehow not in the system. Had I not called the day before, they would have completely forgotten about us. Secondly, the children were supposed to have pizza at a certain time, but there was a delay (as we had been forgotten). Finally, the cake which was supposed to be marble with a certain image on it, came out as just plain chocolate. They did apologise and try to compensate by offering us some disgusting weird-coloured drinks (refused by me), but the damage was done.

8-Year-Old Birthday Party for my son was absolutely fantastic! Ozone staff and management made it super easy to plan and organize it in advance. On the special date, they were super kind and provided a wonderful customer service during the whole event. We will repeat for sure! My kids and all his friends were super happy and had a lot of fun!!!!

Very cool place. Safe for kids. Easy for kids parents. Great for adults exercise too.
