LUUnfortunately, I can't understand all of these negative comments here. The gentleman at the gate greeted me very nicely and showed me the waiting area. Less than two minutes later, the very nice employee from the probate court came and greeted me in a friendly manner and we went into another room where we were able to get everything done within 20 minutes. Maybe some of the negative contemporaries should just take a look in the mirror and maybe question their own demeanor. I give full marks for my visit this morning,......5 stars

LUIf it were possible, I wouldn't give a single star. I can fully understand the reviews given previously. The behavior was incredibly unfriendly, there was no willingness to adequately explain the matter, and when I asked a question, they simply hung up. Such unacceptable behavior is completely unacceptable and contradicts all standards of professional communication.

LUThe lady from the estate department was very arrogant and rude, then simply hung up on me. This is not permitted in positions like this, especially since you are required to first print out and submit a form yourself on the Internet. It's just not nice these days... 0 points

LUThe last club!!! Everyone in the estate department should be thrown out and the positions should be filled. Unbelievable, documents that I can then resend to these useless people simply disappear. Please sit down at the checkout at Lidl!! You can do far less damage with your maximum incompetence.

LUThe lady from the probate court cannot be surpassed in terms of arrogance! When I asked for an appointment, I was told that I had to make a written request requesting an appointment! Apparently this wouldn't be possible over the phone and appointments wouldn't be available until November at the earliest! So it's best not to climb at all! It's a shame you can't give 0 stars!
