If it were possible

If it were possible, I wouldn't give a single star. I can fully understand the reviews given previously. The behavior was incredibly unfriendly, there was no willingness to adequately explain the matter, and when I asked a question, they simply hung up. Such unacceptable behavior is completely unacceptable and contradicts all standards of professional communication.
