Firstly, my initial consultation took place in January 2022 concerning a laundry room. After receiving the estimated cost, I proceeded to schedule another meeting early in March, specifically to select the handles and the shade of the cabinets. We settled on the colors, subsequent to which I received all the necessary paperwork and affixed my signature. During the final gathering at our location, Mrs. Thomas undertook the task of taking measurements, as there were certain modifications required. The revised plans were transmitted to me in a rather swift manner and I appended my signature to them. Regrettably, I failed to scrutinize the color and handle specifications mentioned in this last revised estimate, due to my focus being solely on the measurements. This oversight was entirely my fault! Upon the arrival of the furniture, I remarked that the color was incorrect. I reached out to Mrs. Thomas and she expressed her regret at my anticipation of receiving the laundry room in a different shade. However, her computer records presented no evidence of these color alterations. It turned out that she had simply overlooked the task of updating the colors! Therefore, I find myself in possession of a laundry room which is not only painted the wrong color, but also fitted with incorrect handles. I had a scheduled meeting today, but upon arrival, the supervisor directed me to return in approximately half an hour or to contact them for a different slot. This type of behavior is utterly intolerable and a clear demonstration of substandard customer service. I was in need of approximately 60 meters of storage units, and I can assure you that I will not be endorsing this shop to anyone. Not a single person had the courtesy to contact me beforehand to notify me that they were incapable of maintaining the agreed time for the meeting, and then they had the audacity to ask me, in an extremely haughty manner, to return at a later time. Ultimately, this store is not a high-end car dealership dealing in Ferrari or Lamborghini vehicles, but a simple furniture store dedicated to selling cabinets. It's disappointing and frustrating to experience such poor service in a place where the product offerings are so basic. This encounter has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I feel compelled to share this experience so others are aware of the potential frustration they may face. I had hoped for a smooth transaction, but instead, I was met with disdain and an utter lack of respect for my time. The lack of communication was especially disappointing, and the arrogance displayed was simply the cherry on top of an already disappointing experience. Given the significant size of my planned purchase, one would expect a more attentive and respectful approach. Unfortunately, this was not the case. This incident truly reflects the poor business practices of this store, and it's clear that they have a lot to learn about providing decent customer service. It's a simple concept: respect your customers, communicate effectively and maintain your commitments. Sadly, this store failed on all counts.

What an exceptional encounter! Our consultant truly heard us out, came up with an initial blueprint that did not entirely match the walk-in closet we had envisioned. However, she redesigned and the result was impressively well-rendered on the computer system. We had specific stipulations due to the presence of an antiquated fireplace, which would inevitably constrain the available space in one section. Nonetheless, collectively we managed to devise a feasible solution to optimize this limited space. At no point did she falter in the precision of the measurements, displaying utmost professionalism throughout the process. Following this, we had our equipment delivered directly to our home. Regrettably, a member of the team informed us that some components were defective and a carpenter would need to evaluate whether they could be fixed or if replacements were necessary. The carpenter arrived later that day, assuring us that he would temporarily install the broken piece and a replacement would unquestionably be arranged. I must extend my heartfelt appreciation for the carpenter's exceptional professionalism and impeccable workmanship. His efforts deserve acknowledgement, especially considering he laboured single-handedly for two consecutive days. He even assisted my spouse with a minor skirting issue unrelated to his designated tasks. He was genuinely a delight to interact with, unlike some other workers we've had to deal with during this ongoing construction period. Our sincere gratitude for the splendid walk-in closet you've helped us create, from its 3D conceptualization to its final execution, the entire process was seamless. I won't hesitate to seek your services for any other future undertakings and will certainly be recommending you to my social circle! Best regards.
