I gave a 1-star rating merely because there is no provision for a 0-star rating. Customer service is simply a figment of imagination, with a multitude of mistakes committed (for instance, I attempted to establish a joint account, only for them to unilaterally open an additional separate account in my spouse's name without our explicit request or consent, they neglected to dispatch the bank card, and the list goes on). Therefore, it is highly advisable to steer clear. Not to mention the numerous hiccups that came up throughout the process, such as the unnecessary opening of an extra account for my spouse without our explicit direction. Despite our clear instructions, they also failed to send the bank card, leaving us in a lurch. The level of negligence and incompetence displayed is simply astounding. The appalling lack of respect and attention to detail in handling customers' requests is a clear indication of their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. So, I would strongly suggest avoiding this establishment at all costs. Their blatant disregard for clients' needs and preferences, coupled with their consistent failure to deliver on promised services, has left us feeling frustrated and disappointed. This level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and should serve as a warning to potential customers to steer clear of this business. It is evident that their priority lies not in delivering quality service but rather in carrying out their own agenda without any regard for the customer's needs or requests. The sheer number of errors and oversights made by this company is a clear testament to their inability to provide reliable and efficient service. Therefore, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to anyone. To do so would be to condone their flagrant disregard for proper business conduct and customer care. In conclusion, steer clear.
