This bank is the worst. We opened.a mortage account, the accountant taking care of that didn’t follow up internally, gave wrong information and was not able to describe the process in an understandable language. After two months we demanded to get a contact within the responsible back office and handeled it by ourselves.
Fact is, that this bank is a waste of time and money
