We bought a very beautiful T3 in the magnificent “Paradis d’EVA” residence which lives up to its name. The rental of this jewel in Pinel system was recorded before the sale (end of September) and the tenants will move in in a few days. The first rent will thus fall at the same time as the first repayment of the loan. It is still exceptional these days to be able to buy an almost finished home: almost because we were able to choose "high-end" tiles for the living room floors and the bathroom and toilet walls/floors.
