Very poor customer experience with this

Very poor customer experience with this promoter: our perception of the result did not at all live up to the promises. For example, technical roof installations are very (too) present in our apartment, and particularly in the bedrooms. This problem was reported from the start, without being addressed by the promoter.

We were very well received by Ms. Rondelli who was very patient, available, conscientious and competent both at the signing at the notary and after delivery. We bought a very beautiful T3 in the magnificent “Paradis d’EVA” residence which lives up to its name. The rental of this jewel in Pinel system was recorded before the sale (end of September) and the tenants will move in in a few days. The first rent will thus fall at the same time as the first repayment of the loan. It is still exceptional these days to be able to buy an almost finished home: almost because we were able to choose "high-end" tiles for the living room floors and the bathroom and toilet walls/floors. We had the great pleasure of being advised by Madame Mireille Rondelli, exceptional for her attentiveness and the services provided from the first visit to the sale at the neighboring notary. Mr. Génon was also very professional. Finally, Mr. Serge Heiss, the manager of MAGNUM IMMOBILIÈRE, provided very good advice and was also extremely professional. The incomparable quality of the product surpasses what is currently being done in the Metz region. The luxurious project in Scy-Chazelles will probably be unique in the Grand-Est.
