Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a phone in store and it never showed up and then they sold it or it disappeared. 5 phone calls later with clueless customer service reps who don’t follow through, say the will call back but don’t, transfer you to other stores for no reason, have no phone-etiquette whatsoever, sound like they are sleeping, hang up on you after answering your question with no notice. LOL. Absolutely trash.
