This was formerly Computer Home and has now been absorbed by Lineheart as an authorized Apple reseller. It’s not an efficient store, at least the vendors aren’t. I bought several Apple products here primarily because the location is convenient and defo not because I have an amazing shopping experience or receive exemplary customer service. I brought in an iPhone 13 Pro Max earlier this year because the speaker was not working properly. Although it was purchased online, they are authorized to repair it as it was still covered by the warranty - barely 2 months old at that time. Instead of sending it to Leudelange, they advised me to do it myself so that it will be fixed quicker. It was as if they did not want to take in the burden. I also bought a MacBook Pro and traded in an iMac which they valued at only 100 euros. It was in a pristine condition, but obviously an older model. I was annoyed the most when one of their vendors almost duped me. I bought a pair of 3rd gen AirPods and was surprised that he fished it out easily under the counter. Usually, they go inside to retrieve products. I did not notice that the box was not sealed. When I went to the car, I changed my mind and decided to buy the AirPods Pro. He could not really deny the exchange because I was there 15 minutes ago. This time, he went to the back room and brought me a sealed box of AirPods. No questions asked. Hence, be careful when you’re buying something here and ensure that it is sealed and unopened.

Worst Apple service ever… Worth going to France or Germany instead

I placed an order for an iPhone in mid-September 2023, anticipating a 4-week wait. As of today, I haven’t received any communication regarding the status of my order. This lack of transparency and communication reflects poorly on the store’s professionalism. Regrettably, based on this experience, I won’t be making any future purchases from them.

My first impression of the store, i.e. when it came to selling the goods, was good (though not above what could be expected). It resulted in me buying two MacBook Air computers and two accompanying soft cases. Unfortunately, the zipper of one of the cases broke after just a few weeks' use. I went back to the store to exchange the broken case. No big issue, I expected, as I also had kept the original receipt. However, the lady in the store told me that they could not give me a new case in exchange. She said that the damage could have been caused by me so their technician must first investigate the case to establish whether the damage was actually caused by the user. This would take a week. Is this a bad joke!? As I really needed a new case I then had to buy a new one, while waiting for their technician to come back with the result of the investigation. In my opinion a zipper is not supposed to break after 3-4 weeks of use (actually causing the computer to fall out and get slightly damaged). Not being able to replace a case worth EUR 29 while I am in the store is just crazy. I have NEVER experienced this type of behavior or treatment of a customer! I am just amazed and astonished at how little they seem to care about customer service. I will NEVER buy anything at that store again. Today’s experience was just ridiculous.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered a phone in store and it never showed up and then they sold it or it disappeared. 5 phone calls later with clueless customer service reps who don’t follow through, say the will call back but don’t, transfer you to other stores for no reason, have no phone-etiquette whatsoever, sound like they are sleeping, hang up on you after answering your question with no notice. LOL. Absolutely trash.
