An absolutely horrendous ordeal with

An absolutely horrendous ordeal with Dorma Home. Purchased a high-end couch from them in November 2021, and just two months later the fabric already seems to be showing signs of wear and tear (severe pilling as demonstrated in the picture). Clearly, this is not the optimal material for a couch if it appears to be 5 years old after less than two months of regular usage. We’ve reached out to the store supervisor numerous times, but no steps have been taken to rectify the situation, he simply turns a blind eye to the problem. After the sale, the team appears to be completely indifferent towards customers or their warranty obligations. Deeply disheartening. Additional advice to potential customers: it's best to steer clear of this company if you appreciate premium quality goods and desire an excellent customer experience. Furthermore, it's worth noting that we've been left feeling frustrated and let down, as the lack of action from the store's side is simply unacceptable. It's astonishing that a company selling high-priced items would show such little concern for customer satisfaction and the longevity of their products. It's evident that the company's promise of high quality is just an empty claim, as the sofa's material failed to withstand even the most basic usage. This is not what you expect when investing in an expensive piece of furniture, and it's extremely disappointing that Dorma Home has failed to stand by their product. In conclusion, with this type of experience, it's hard to trust Dorma Home with any future purchases. Not only do they fail to deliver on their promises, but their lack of customer service and disregard for their warranty commitments has left us feeling deeply dissatisfied and regretful about our purchase. So, the bottom line is: If you value quality and customer satisfaction, it's advisable to look elsewhere for your home furnishing needs.
