Our cooking space was delivered a number of months behind schedule and was plagued by numerous issues. The wrong splashback was procured (timber instead of dekton), the countertop was damaged and required a replacement. Our guidance regarding the selection of the refrigerator handle was subpar, as it was too small and challenging to open. The same applies to the excessive projection of the bar, which necessitated reinforcement. Additionally, the assembly team caused scratches to the wooden floor during the setup process. On a more positive note, the promptness and efficiency of invoice reminders were commendable, despite being delivered by sales representatives who excelled at being disagreeable. Nevertheless, we are satisfied with the high standard of AEG appliances installed. To provide a response to the message below: Despite your underwhelming performance, you have been compensated, even though a commercial concession would have been quite appreciated. You requested an invoice for the "repair of the wooden floor". Can you clarify if you're referring to the replacement of the wooden flooring in the 55m2 room, the adjacent staircase, and the corridor, all matching in hue? Regarding the repair, it's not feasible; the scratch remains... this isn't a car panel. You were aware that this issue couldn't be rectified in such a manner. This displays bad faith. We can't modify the entire setup to accommodate a different handle: yes, this was suggested. The thought of having a single kitchen cabinet differing in style from the rest in the same kitchen, promises a striking visual effect. "Ceramic bar consistently fixed on brackets": so why weren't these brackets in place during your initial setup? and why were they added afterward, in a manner more akin to an amateur than a professional?
