Absolutely appalling customer service. I had an interest in purchasing a substantial product, however, there were absolutely no sales representatives available who could assist in relocating the product or clarify whether delivery was an option. I painstakingly transported the item to the checkout counter on my own and endured a wait until a certain individual eventually showed up, bearing such a displeased expression as if I had imposed upon him for some personal favor. Moreover, brace yourself for the possibility that if you are not a proficient French speaker, you're likely to be treated in an uncivil manner, even if you put forth an earnest attempt to converse in their language. It's essential to note that they don't seem to appreciate a customer's effort to adapt to their language and culture and instead respond with a somewhat disdainful attitude. Furthermore, the overall atmosphere in the store felt incredibly unwelcoming and the staff's lack of interest in providing proper assistance was palpable. It appeared as though the employees were more focused on completing their own tasks rather than ensuring customer satisfaction. In conclusion, the experience was far from pleasant. The general lack of courtesy and professionalism displayed by the staff left a sour taste and made shopping at the establishment a thoroughly unenjoyable experience. I strongly advise prospective customers to prepare themselves for potentially subpar service if they choose to patronize this particular establishment.
