Individuals who do not hold professional qualifications, they act according to their own whims, they are not landscape designers but persons who utilize tools as per their personal judgment. There are those who reject performing all the tasks that a landscape designer is typically responsible for, such as eliminating weeds, trimming, mowing, and gathering, and they permit the provisional workers to merely gather or eradicate weeds to avoid the necessity of stooping down. In addition, some of these individuals don't have any desire to engage in activities like planting or maintaining the landscape, tasks that are generally assigned to landscape artists. They simply allow the temporary staff to carry out these tasks, thinking it's easier to delegate and oversee than to actually get their hands dirty. Moreover, their use of tools isn't always per industry standards. They employ tools according to their understanding and convenience, rather than following the norms set by professionals in the field. It's more about personal comfort and less about adhering to the established rules of landscaping. This self-serving attitude and lack of adherence to conventional practices often lead to a different approach in handling and managing the landscaping tasks. It is not uncommon for them to overlook or outright reject certain aspects of the job, such as meticulous weeding or pruning, leaving these to the temporary workers. In doing so, they avoid the physical strain associated with these tasks, such as bending down frequently. They prefer to stay in their comfort zone, assigning the more labor-intensive tasks to others. This approach might not always lead to the best results, but it's the way they choose to operate.
