Superb dishware

Superb dishware, commendable service. Regrettably, an unsatisfactory encounter as we observed the supervisor communicating in an aggressive and impolite manner with his team. He is adding to the creation of a tense environment. It's a pity, because the location and cuisine are genuinely impressive. In addition, the establishment's ambiance was severely affected by such a display of poor leadership. It's disheartening to see the otherwise pleasant nature of the place tarnished by the manager's ill-mannered behavior. Moreover, the staff, who appeared to be diligent and professional, were subjected to this unnecessary and disrespectful treatment. This created an uncomfortable situation for us, the customers, as well as potentially demoralizing the hardworking employees. The regrettable experience, however, shouldn't take away from the fact that the quality of the food and bowls were exceptional. The presentation of the meals was visually appealing, and the taste was exquisite. All these positives are overshadowed by the manager's behavior, which is a real shame. Manners and respect are just as important as the quality of food and service in a restaurant. We hope for an improvement in this aspect in the future, as it would enhance the overall dining experience significantly. Despite the unfortunate incident, the establishment still has potential due to the high standards of their culinary offerings and service. If the manager could adjust his attitude and the way he treats his staff, it could truly become an outstanding place to dine.
