The occurrence that generally unfolds

The occurrence that generally unfolds is that you have the capacity to hand over 17 to 20 euros in exchange for a dish (soup bowl) in which the greens probably haven't undergone a washing process, being that it's still filled with grit, giving it a crunchy texture as you consume it. I'd categorize it as sustenance meant to cater to the nutritional needs of individuals, but absolutely not to satiate their culinary desires. Observing the overseer indulging in a meal while I'm in the process of settling the bill doesn't seem fitting. It's as if the establishment doesn't uphold the value of professionalism which ideally should be inherent within such a business. It's an action that could potentially create a sense of discomfort for the customers, leading them to question the integrity of the service they're receiving. Additionally, one could argue that the quality of the food is not reflected in the price point. The expectation when parting with a significant sum of money would be to receive a dish that's not only visually appealing but also delightful in taste. However, this doesn't seem to be the case here. The salad, which is such a simple dish, should at the very least be clean and fresh. The fact that it's served with traces of soil is a clear indication of negligence and lack of attention to detail. In conclusion, what we have here is a situation where the customer is expected to pay a hefty sum for a meal that's of questionable quality, while the manager seems to be oblivious to this, indulging in their own meal instead of ensuring that the customers are satisfied. This is certainly not the kind of experience one would expect when dining out.
