It is cheaper than a lot of supermarkets in Luxemboug. However, the gap seems to be closing. Given that, the permanent lack of open tills at any time, beggars (organised) outside, and chaotic arrangements of goods will leave it redundant eventually. Long lines for slightly cheaper goods? Not good. Your time is worth money, too.
