We called a day before to check

We called a day before to check availability, we explained that we have a small camper and that we are coming from far away. They said ok and we started our journey. We traveled over 250 km and when we arrived they told us that unfortunately they cannot accommodate us because our car is not officially registered as a camper. It was first time for us to hear such a thing! We asked them to stay only for that night as we were tired from traveling and they refused with the excuse that it is state rules they have to follow. Very rude the man at the reception who looked extremely irritated and as if he doesn't want to help us for his own reasons, the lady gave us 2 names from different campsites that maybe they can accept us there. Finally we found somewhere else without objections or excuses for official registration etc. The concept of customer service proved to be unfamiliar to them, fortunately not to everyone.
