Our dinner party consisted of 8

Our dinner party consisted of 8 individuals. The service was satisfactory, although there were instances where we had to endure a slight delay before placing our orders and they inadvertently overlooked our wine bottle. The meals were decent. The ambiance was exhilarating and the cocktails were sensational as well. However, I wouldn't classify the cuisine as genuinely Spanish. In particular, the patatas bravas left much to be desired; they lacked any hint of spice, their flavor was nondescript. The aioli was also quite bland. The pan con tomate was far from palatable, it was a far cry from the authentic version you'd find in Spain. Despite the shortcomings, if you're not particularly after authentic Spanish cuisine and you're seeking a pleasant, snug environment for socializing and enjoying some delightful cocktails, I would advocate for this establishment. Furthermore, while the staff was overall pleasant and accommodating, there were moments of noticeable delay in service, which could slightly mar the overall dining experience. However, this was not a consistent issue and could be easily overlooked by the overall positive aspects of the establishment. The cocktails were particularly noteworthy, with a variety of options available for different tastes and preferences. The quality of the cocktails was consistent throughout our visit, further enhancing the overall dining experience. In conclusion, while the authenticity of the Spanish cuisine may be questionable, the establishment offers a unique dining experience that is worth exploring, especially for those who appreciate a relaxed and comfortable ambiance for their dining experiences.
