I am really disappointed with the nursery manager. I tried for more than a month to contact the nursery manager. I called several times, wrote an email and wrote on Whatsapp, but with no response. I have the feeling that they don't want to contact me or they don't want to process my pre-registration request. I wrote to the manager on WhatsApp to express my feelings. Today finally I got the manager on the phone and she refused my pre-registration request because of my last message. I also work as an educator and always answer parents' questions and messages. In my opinion it is disrespectful to ignore the messages. I am not asking to process my file immediately or give me an appointment for tomorrow, but at least a short message back that my message has arrived and I will be contacted as soon as possible.
