I am profoundly disheartened by the substandard quality of Micadoni salons, coupled with their delivery service. To begin with, the materials incorporated in the production process are of an exceedingly low grade. They appear cheap and fragile, clearly not designed for long-term use. I was under the impression that Micadoni was a high-quality brand, but the actual products failed to reflect this expectation. Concerning the delivery service, it was an absolute catastrophe. It wasn't just a matter of the sofa arriving late, but it was delivered with a number of noticeable damages as well. The packaging was not done properly, which could have contributed to the damage during transit. The lack of care and attention to detail during the delivery process was very apparent. The customer service provided by Micadoni left a lot to be desired. They were unresponsive to my concerns and complaints. When I attempted to reach out to them, they didn't provide a satisfying solution to rectify the situation. Instead, I was met with silence and indifference, a clear sign of a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. I can say with certainty that I would not endorse this brand to anyone. Considering the amount of money I had to part with for their products, the quality and service provided were far from satisfactory. They fell drastically short of my expectations and did not deliver value for the money spent. This experience with Micadoni has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I strongly advise potential consumers to reconsider before investing in their products or services. The brand simply does not live up to its claimed standards, and the consumer is left to bear the brunt of their lackluster performance.
