Review of Mesa Verde
Emily Watson
I embarked on a journey to this location accompanied by my companions, an agreeable venue to appreciate a beverage while relishing a scenic view. Nevertheless, the customer service was exceedingly sluggish, as we were kept on hold for a duration exceeding a single hour for a Greek crepe that was priced at 29 euros. Following the passage of an hour, we were compelled to depart and expressed our desire to revoke our order, to which they responded that our order was on the verge of completion; hence, we elected to carry it out with us. We were delayed for an additional 10 minutes, and were obligated to remit the full price despite the fact that we were unable to share our meal as a group. It was prohibitively costly and failed to deliver value for money. Moreover, it's worth noting that the establishment lacked the lively atmosphere that one would typically associate with a venue of this nature. The ambience was rather dull, which further detracted from our overall dining experience. The staff appeared to be disinterested and somewhat unresponsive, which only added to our frustration. We were left with the distinct impression that the establishment was more interested in maximizing profits than in ensuring the satisfaction of its patrons. The exorbitant price we paid for a dish that we weren't even able to enjoy together as we had initially intended, only added insult to injury. In retrospect, we would have been better off choosing a different venue that offered a more enjoyable dining experience, at a more affordable price.
