Absolutely no one answers the telephone

Absolutely no one answers the telephone! It doesn't exhibit a high degree of professionalism. In other words, it's rather disappointing to witness such a lack of proper business etiquette. You would think that in this competitive world, providing efficient communication practices would be a top priority. It's clear that this is not the case here, which raises serious concerns about the level of commitment and dedication to customer service. It's quite a letdown, frankly speaking. Indeed, it's hard to believe that such an unprofessional attitude prevails in today's business operations, especially in a world where customer satisfaction should be of utmost importance. It really casts doubts on their competence and overall quality of service. A word of advice, it would be beneficial to review and possibly revise their communication strategies, for the sake of professionalism and improved customer relations.
