The podiatrist is set to abscond

The podiatrist is set to abscond. A primary set of orthopedic inserts were crafted back in November aimed at easing the sesamoid of my daughter's foot. However, she ended up with numerous blisters scattered across her foot due to excessive pressure points. Upon communicating this situation to Mr. Thiefels, he chose to personally remake them (the first instance was handled by his associate, Mr. Vincent), and presented us with a fresh pair in April. During a recent meeting with the orthopedic surgeon, the doctor scrutinized the sole and disclosed to us that the insole was incredibly poorly fabricated. Contrary to alleviating the stress on the sesamoid, the hardness of the insole edges actually digs into the sesamoid, exacerbating the pressure and intensifying the pain!! He advised us to promptly discard these insoles and suggested another proficient podiatrist located in Beggen. Unfortunately, we won't receive a refund but at the very least, my daughter's condition will be appropriately treated. I emphatically discourage anyone from using this clinic! In addition, it's noteworthy to mention that the overall lack of professionalism and attention to detail was not only disappointing but also concerning. It's paramount that healthcare providers deliver services that are not only effective but also safe. In this case, the lack of skill and expertise exhibited by the podiatrist not only failed to provide relief for my daughter's foot pain but it also led to further complications. It's a situation no parent would ever want their child to experience. As a parent and a consumer, it's crucial to thoroughly research and choose healthcare providers who have a proven track record of delivering quality care. It's clear that this podiatrist's office is not up to par and I strongly advise against using their services. The health and well-being of your loved ones are too important to gamble with. Also, the lack of accountability shown by the podiatrist regarding the poorly made insoles is simply unacceptable. It's vital for healthcare professionals to take responsibility for their actions and to rectify their mistakes. Unfortunately, this was not the case with this podiatrist's office. Overall, our experience was very disappointing and distressing. I sincerely hope that no other patients have to go through the same ordeal. I will be making sure that my daughter gets the proper care she needs from a competent podiatrist in the future.
