They patiently laid out all the alternatives for me, later on, they notified me about the pricing and so on, everything was done from a distance. I had a strong feeling of being well cared for. The order was valued at 20€, so one couldn't argue that they would be making a significant profit from that particular sale, but the quality of their customer service left a lasting impression on me. Moreover, their approach to the whole situation was remarkable. They were not just trying to make a sale, but were keen on ensuring that I had all the necessary information about the product.
