The blonde-haired individual operating there is exceedingly inhospitable and lacks professionalism to an alarming degree. My assumption is that she must be the proprietor of the establishment, as it is otherwise unimaginable that she could exhibit such discourteous behavior and still maintain her position. This presumption is based on the belief that under normal circumstances, such a severe lack of courtesy and respect would undoubtedly result in her immediate dismissal from any respectable business environment. The level of insolence displayed is not only shocking but also completely unacceptable and is a clear reflection of the overall poor management and lack of quality customer service at this establishment.
