I acquired a parcel

I acquired a parcel. Upon further inspection, it turned out that it was half depleted (I discovered this when I returned home, but it's not typical for one to inspect if the container is fully filled with all the blisters, isn't it?). I revisited the location the following day, only for them to inform me that there's no solution to the issue. In essence, they swindled me out of 25 Euros. I would advise against patronizing this place. Furthermore, I feel it's necessary to stress the lack of customer service I experienced. There was no attempt from their side to rectify the situation or compensate for the inconvenience caused. It was as if they completely disregarded the concept of customer satisfaction, ignoring any responsibility for ensuring that their products were in top condition before selling them. I was left feeling cheated, with the sour taste of deception lingering. It was a clear case of false advertising, as the product failed to deliver what it promised. The fact that they refused to take any action or offer any form of recompense only added insult to injury. This experience was a stark reminder of the importance of being wary when purchasing items, especially from places that are unfamiliar or have questionable reputations. It's a hard-earned lesson that cost me 25 Euros, and one that I wouldn't want anyone else to have to learn the hard way. Therefore, I strongly discourage anyone from giving their business to such an unscrupulous establishment.
