It doesn't merit even a single star

It doesn't merit even a single star. I leased a vehicle through PwC from Arval Luxembourg SA, and it turned out to be the most horrendous experience for a multitude of reasons. Steer clear at all times and at any cost. The company is nothing more than a sham, demanding payment for 'scratches on the undercarriage of the vehicle' that surpass 2k EUR in cost. Upon returning the vehicle, I was aware that PwC staff who hired vehicles from Arval were frequently slapped with additional charges for non-existent reasons. Consequently, I took extra care to ensure the vehicle was in pristine condition, thoroughly cleaned, and meticulously maintained devoid of any scratches, even though the expectation of returning a vehicle completely free of minor damages is absurd. If not, they hit you with astronomically high charges. An employee from Carlife SA, a third party, came to collect the vehicle and dishonestly noted 2 "scratches" on the undercarriage of the vehicle, invisible from the exterior. Are we expected to fly the vehicle around like Aladdin? I am firmly convinced that these types of marks are unreasonable, unverified, and indefensible, serving the purpose of fraudulent misrepresentation to reap financial gains on behalf of Arval SA and Carlife SA because no other damages could be detected. This is the most egregious, contemptuous, and gross exploitation of consumers and vehicle lease fraud far beyond anyone's comprehension that I have ever endured. I had been driving the vehicle for 13 months and this undercarriage protection was supposed to shield the vehicle, not the other way around. How is anyone expected to repair it if it's meant to protect the bottom of the vehicle..?! This situation is a prime example of how Carlife, in collaboration with Arval, endeavored to manipulate, defraud, and hoodwink their customers, profiting far beyond what these customers pay as a monthly rental fee.
